Order Status FAQ


What is the status of my order?

Build in progress- Customer has completed the checkout process and payment has been confirmed. Product is being manufactured at this time.

Partially Shipped-Only some items in the order have been shipped, due to some products being shipped from separate manufacturing locations. If you only receive one of your items, rest assured that your other items are on their way from a different manufacturing location.

Shipped: Order has been shipped, and a tracking number has been emailed to customer. You can also see your tracking# and order status by logging into your online account.

Refunded: Seller has used the Refund action and you will see your refund on your banking statement within 2 weeks or less.
